ApaCare is a German oral care range built on medical hydroxyapatite — the same mineral that makes up most of tooth enamel, often described as liquid enamel. It deposits on the tooth surface while brushing, fills microscopic defects and bonds with enamel, so teeth are smoother, less sensitive and naturally brighter without bleaching. - They work in different ways and ApaCare uses both. Fluoride makes enamel more acid-resistant; hydroxyapatite supplies the actual enamel mineral and physically smooths the tooth surface. ApaCare formulations combine hydroxyapatite with fluoride so the two act together rather than one replacing the other.
